Sichuan Beef Banquet
In the old times, cattle were often sacrificed for use in ceremonies and offered to the gods. Inspired by ancient recipes, master chefs at Yunyan Sichuan Restaurant came up with 10 brand new dishes that showcase different cuts of beef that are set to become the most innovative offerings of the year. Firmly grounded in Sichuan cooking, exotic ingredients including Toothed Jelly Fungus and truffle oil are used to entice all you beef-lovers out there.
